The Complex-25 Excel spreadsheet creates schedules where each employee can be assigned to a category (manager, cook, waiter, etc.), a location (Store A, Store B, etc.) and a time (10:30 AM - 4:30 PM) each day for up to 4 weeks. The spreadsheet can enforce age-related work rules and also keep track of your payroll budget based on employee wages and scheduled hours. Shift assignments are made from drop-down menus of qualified employees. Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet program is required. During the free trial period restrictions apply with respect to the number of schedules displayed.
